Jeff M Wellness is a serene spa like experience. All massages are strictly professional and therapeutic.
Payment & Fees:

Payment is due at time of booking through our online system.

You must complete the contact form (and agree to the Terms & Conditions) before any session. After agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, you may purchase a session.

Service fees listed at time of booking is the amount you will be charged.

Gratuities are appreciated in cash upon completion of the massage.
Cancellations & Refund Policy:

All reservations shall be supported by providing a valid payment option.

Cancellation made before 24 hours of your appointment time will be refunded in full.

Cancellations made after 24 hours of your appointment time will not be refunded.

If you do no not show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

Jeff M Wellness retains the right to terminate massage at any time for inappropriate conduct from the client. This includes but is not limited to inappropriate touching, vulgar language, harassment or intoxication on the part of the client. If a massage is terminated no refund will be paid to the client.
Medical Waiver & Disclaimer:
Jeff M Wellness provides therapeutic massage services. Client agrees to provide any known medical conditions that might be effected by massage services. Jeff M Wellness is unable to provide pregnancy massage or post-surgical rehabilitation massage. It is the responsibility of the client to disclose any medical conditions before the start of a massage. Medical conditions include but are not limited to: Heart conditions, stroke, diabetes, skin conditions
and cancers. Jeff M Wellness cannot diagnose any medical conditions or provide referral for medical treatment or tests.

Certain skincare products may contain butters/seeds and/or exposure to potential allergens. If you have any allergies, medical conditions or are pregnant, please ask about the product ingredients and consult your healthcare professional prior to use. We recommend those who are pregnant, with medical conditions (allergies, sensitive skin and/or other skin concerns) perform a patch test and/or consult a healthcare professional prior to any massage or session. Such products are for external use only. Please be aware that while essential oils are natural plant extracts, there is still the possibility of allergic reaction, just like any other substance. Natural products can cause skin irritation.
Discontinue immediately if you experience any adverse reactions and contact your doctor. Jeff M Wellness isn’t responsible for any individual reaction and/or adverse reaction to any ingredient. People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should make note of it prior to any session. In case you are in doubt or have sensitive skin, always try an allergy patch test and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Client agrees to indemnify and hold Jeff M Wellness., officers, contractors and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of use of any person or space provided by Jeff M Wellness.
Responsibility:
Client agrees to hold Jeff M Wellness., free from any liability resulting from any actions or interactions of any physical massage recommended by Jeff M wellness.
Privacy:
Any information received from clients shall be deemed strictly personal and confidential. Jeff M Wellness agrees not to share or disclose any information received from client to any person or entity without such clients prior written consent except where applicable by aggregate law.
